YouTube + Google + Apple = ???

So with the Google purchase of YouTube.com what does that mean for Steve Jobs, Apple and plans for their iTV set top box next year?

Will YouTube content become available on everyone's TV's? Given the quality of broadcast TV, will viewing opportunities actually improve?!
